By accessing or using SkyBox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SkyBox. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Providing accurate and up-to-date information - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to SkyBox, including feedback, support requests, watchlist entries, watched items, likes, and dislikes. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content only as needed to provide and improve the Service. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or otherwise violates these terms.

5. Intellectual Property and Media Data

The SkyBox name, logo, design, and all related materials are the property of PT TITIK SOLUSI INDONESIA or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission. TV show and movie metadata, posters, and related media information may be provided by TMDB (The Movie Database) or other third-party sources and remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. SkyBox does not sell ownership of any movie, TV show, poster, trailer, or third-party media content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using SkyBox, you agree not to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Impersonate any person or entity - Interfere with or disrupt the Service - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems - Use automated tools to scrape or collect data - Upload malicious code or content - Harass, bully, or threaten other users - Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

7. Third-Party Services

SkyBox may link to third-party websites or data providers, including TMDB. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Supporter Membership

Supporter membership is a one-time lifetime digital service priced at $4. It provides account recognition, a VIP badge, priority feature request handling, direct developer contact for product feedback, and no set limit for local favorite and list actions. Supporter membership does not provide video playback, video hosting, downloads, streaming access, or ownership of any movie, TV show, poster, trailer, or third-party media content.

9. Refunds

Refund requests for Supporter membership may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if you have not made substantial use of priority support or direct developer request handling. To request a refund, contact support@skybox.autos. Additional details are available in our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information available through the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT TITIK SOLUSI INDONESIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using SkyBox at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
