1. Overview
SkyBox offers a one-time lifetime Supporter membership for $4. Supporter membership is a digital service that provides account recognition, a VIP badge, priority feature request handling, and direct developer contact for product feedback.
2. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not made substantial use of priority support or direct developer request handling.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be declined if the purchase is older than 7 days, if the account has already made substantial use of Supporter priority services, or if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
4. No Video Content Sales
SkyBox does not sell, stream, host, or provide downloads for movies, TV shows, or video content. Supporter membership does not unlock any media playback or content access.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@skybox.autos with the email address used for your account, your purchase date, and a short reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
